At Spire Roding Hospital, our new Fertility Clinic is dedicated to helping couples from Essex, east London and beyond to achieve their ultimate goal - having a family.
Privacy, discretion and expert treatment for couples who need help with fertility

Our new service is led by Mr Anil Gudi and Mr Amit Shah, both of whom are highly experienced Consultant Gynaecologists and Obstetricians, with thriving NHS practices at the renowned Homerton University Hospital in east London.
At their private clinic within Spire Roding, Mr Gudi and Mr Shah offer a full range of fertility investigations and treatments. As with all of our patients, couples who come to Spire Roding seeking help to have a family are assured of receiving the highest standards of care in a private, clean and comfortable environment.
Starting your fertility treatment
After an initial consultation about your fertility history, your treatment at Spire Roding will begin with ovulation induction and cycle tracking. These fertility treatments involve the use of tablets or, less commonly, injections to stimulate your ovaries to produce eggs. Where appropriate, the treatments will be monitored carefully by ultrasound during the treatment cycle to pinpoint ovulation.
Completing your fertility treatment
After the initial stages of your treatment are complete, our fertility consultants will then be able to initiate the next course of treatment that you require, which will be either In-Vitro Fertilisation (IVF), Intra-Uterine Insemination (IUI) or Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (IcSI). After deciding which treatment is appropriate, patients will undergo egg collection and embryo transfer at either the specialist private facility at Homerton University Hospital or the London Fertility Centre in Harley Street (part of Spire Fertility). Your consultant will discuss which centre of care will be best for your continuing fertility treatment.
Please note: we do not offer services relating to surrogacy or embryo donation.
