Mr Prior qualified as a Podiatrist in 1983 and completed his extensive, postgraduate surgical training in 1993. Since that time, he has provided a full range of foot surgery for the residents of City and Hackney and is currently employed there as a Consultant Podiatric Surgeon.Mr Prior has a particular interest in corrective and diabetic foot surgery. Other common conditions that he manages surgically include ingrown toenails, foot bunions (hallux valgus/rigidus), hammer toes, neuroma and flat feet. He also has extensive experience in biomechanics, gait analysis and orthotic provision, having worked with a wide range of professional and international sportsmen and women from a wide variety of sporting backgrounds including football, rugby, cricket, athletics and hockey.
Mr Prior is covered by all the major insurance companies for private patients and is able to see patients via the Choose and Book ServiceHe is currently Dean of the Faculty of Podiatric Surgery, Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists.
