Mr Dilkes is a general ENT surgeon with a sub-speciality interest in head and neck tumours and laser surgery. He has performed over 2000 major head and neck tumour resections and over 3000 laser procedures.

Mr Dilkes is also the ENT Surgeon for the England Cricket Team, the British Olympic Association, the Amatuer Boxing Association, The Lawn Tennis Association, Saracen's Rugby Club as well as a number of top professional football clubs, including Arsenal, Chelsea, West Ham, Tottenham Hotspur and Leyton Orient.
