Follow M11 towards London. Leave M11 at junction 4, stay in left hand lane following signs for A12/Chelmsford. At Redbridge Roundabout take first exit (next to Beefeater Restaurant) into Redbridge Lane East. Take immediate left into Roding Lane South. Spire Roding Hospital is one mile along on the left.
By car from the A406 (North London, Chingford,Walthamstow)
Follow the A406 (North Circular Road) towards London Docklands. Leave A406 at Redbridge Roundabout slip road (signposted A12/Chelmsford). At roundabout take first exit (next to Beefeater Restaurant) into Redbridge Lane East. Continue as above.
By car from the A406 (East London, Barking, Docklands)
From East London, follow A406 (North Circular Road) towards north London. Leave A406 at the Redbridge Roundabout slip road (signposted A12/Chelmsford/ Central London). At roundabout take third exit (next to Beefeater Restaurant) into Redbridge Lane East. Continue as above.
By rail
Redbridge and Gants Hill Underground stations are both situated within a mile and a half of the hospital.
By bus
123 and 179 buses from Gants Hill Underground station and Hopper bus service 366 from Redbridge station stop nearby.
