"I first had contact with the Spire Regency Hospital 2 weeks ago and on reflection I wish to thank every member of staff I came in to contact with or experienced their contribution to making the excellent, efficient, professional running of this hospital.

"To name just a few Mr Khan's secretary who clearly works efficiently with his NHS secretary, the pre op nurse who listened and reassured me, the anaesthetist Dr Hunter, who I met for just a few minutes on the morning of my operation and never had the opportunity to thank him for the very professional care he gave me, plus a gentleman called Steve who assisted him and tried his best to calm me down with a touch of humour!

"Then there were the nurses on the Byron Ward who were absolutely fantastic, the staff who kept the ward and my room spotless, the regular visit from the Pharmacist and the Managers, checking I was happy and comfortable.  Then to the Chef, whose excellent choice of tempting food, as a vegetarian I have never had the option of six main meals to choose from wow!

"From initial contact, I had surgery within one week and can honestly say it has been worth every penny spent.  I have never chosen to go privately before and it was not an easy option for me to take, but I have absolutely no regrets and would recommend your care to anyone.

"Last but not least, my biggest thank you goes to Mr Khan, for his expertise, a true professional, who answered mine and my husbands many questions, (with diagrams!) explaining in great detail and respecting our choices."
