"I first had contact with the Spire Regency Hospital 2 weeks ago and on reflection I wish to thank every member of staff I came in to contact with or experienced their contribution to making the excellent, efficient, professional running of this hospital.

"To name just a few Mr Khan's secretary who clearly works efficiently with his NHS secretary, the pre op nurse who listened and reassured me, the anaesthetist Dr Hunter, who I met for just a few minutes on the morning of my operation and never had the opportunity to thank him for the very professional care he gave me, plus a gentleman called Steve who assisted him and tried his best to calm me down with a touch of humour!
