Mr Vince Hall qualified from Manchester with Distinctions in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Paediatrics, he also gained Honours in Biochemistry, Pathology and Surgery. During his medical training Mr Hall studied an additional specialised degree in Pathology, understanding and researching the process that are the basis of all disease.
Mr Hall trained in Yorkshire and the Northwest and was appointed to his Consultant post at Macclesfield in 1999. While in Macclesfield, he has been heavily involved in teaching and training doctors and midwives and for five years was college Tutor. He is now Clinical Director of Women's and Children's services.
Mr Hall is an advanced practitioner of hysterscopic and laparoscopic surgery (RCOG certified) and a highly skilled vaginal surgeon. He uses these skills to help patients obtain the treatment outcome they wish. This is especially important for women with pelvic pain, period problems and prolapse, as there are a range of treatments available.
Mr Hall practices both obstetrics and gynaecology, his main areas of interest in gynaecology are women with period problems (fibroids/endometriosis) and women with pelvic pain (ovarian cysts/endometriosis) and abnormal smears. Areas of interest in obstetrics include, early pregnancy problem (abnormal scans/miscarriage), screening for Downs Syngrome (nucal scans/amniocentesis) and twin pregnancy,
