I qualified from Manchester University in 1995. I completed Neurology training in Manchester and obtained a PhD from Manchester University investigating new treatments for Parkinson's disease. Following this, I spent a period of Parkinson's disease and Movement Disorder Fellowship training at the Institure of Neurology, Queen Square in London and the Toronto Movement Disorder Centre.
I live in Knutsford with my wife and 2 young children. My wife is a local GP. In my free time, I enjoy playing and watching most sports, especially football.
