Professor Ken Shaw is Honorary Consultant Physician, specialising in general medicine, diabetes, endocrinology and metaboloism. Based at Queen Alexandra Hopsital, Portsmouth NHS Trust and Emeritus Professor of Medicine, University of Portsmouth.
Drawing on a deep personal empathy for people with diabetes and a passionate commitment to developing and delivering high quality diabetes care, Professor Shaw has led an internationally recognised and award winning, multis disciplinary diabetes team in Portsmouth, UK.
In his spare time, Professor Shaw endeavours to spend with his family, on the golf course at Cams Hall and as a member of Glyndebourne Opera Festival Society.
