Weight Loss Free Information Evening at Spire Portsmouth Hospital

Consultant surgeons Mr Shaw Somers and Mr Simon Toh who specialises in weight loss surgery, together with specialist weight loss Dietitian Dr Denise Thomas, will be giving an informal presentation on:

  • the benefits and drawbacks of weight loss (obesity) surgery
  • suitability for surgery
  • gastric bypass
  • gastric banding
  • success rates
  • support given before, during and after surgery

There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and talk to Mr Somers, Mr Toh and Dr Thomas.  Our specialist Weight Loss Nurse Adviser will also be available for one-to-one discussions.
