Centre Manager, Perform at St George's Park
Salary circa £50K plus bonus and benefits
We are currently looking to recruit a commercially experienced sports science professional to commission and manage the world leading Perform at St George’s Park centre. In this exciting role you will be responsible for recruiting and leading multidisciplinary teams, introducing services to achieve commercial success and establishing and maintaining the reputation of this unique facility .
Using exceptional leadership skills, underpinned by an in depth clinical understanding of elite sports science and technology, you will manage staff to ensure they have the skills and training required to provide clients with a world class service. You will develop effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders including the FA, other sporting associations, and partner organisations.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- A Sports Science or Exercise Physiology Degree (plus professional registration)
- Extensive evidence of leading a multi-disciplinary clinical team to deliver financial and quality objectives
- A confident and diplomatic style with the ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Self motivation and the ability to initiate new ideas
- A Business/Management qualification is desirable

Clinical Director, Perform at St George's Park

We are proud to announce our search for a Clinical Director to launch our new Sports Medicine, Rehabilitation and Performance service at St. George’s Park, the new home of English football.
- A unique opportunity to lead the delivery of clinical excellence and govern Perform’s medical, rehabilitation and performance services.
- Responsibility to drive action and inspire innovation in sports medicine services and research.
- A key role in managing the clinical relationship between Perform and The FA’s Medical Services department.
- Operate Sport and Exercise Medicine clinics and work alongside the senior management team at Spire Healthcare to deliver commercial objectives.
Candidates must have experience in an elite sporting environment, hold specialist SEM qualifications and display evidence of leadership within clinical settings. Desirable attributes include project management skills & business acumen.
