Mr Simmons strives to promote a high quality, personalised service, tailored to your needs. Good communication is paramount and he will allow adequate time to thoroughly assess your condition, to explain his findings in language you understand and to fully discuss your various treatment options.

Having graduated from the University of Oxford Medical School, he trained in ENT surgery in the Northwest, spending time in the three Manchester Teaching Hospitals and a year at the Royal Manchester Childrens Hospital. To further develop a special interest in diseases of the nose and in Facial Plastic Surgery he spent additional training time in North America and Europe. He won the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery Fellowship in 2005 after which he successfully sat the American Board Exams in Facial Plastic Surgery.

Mr Simmons was appointed as a UK consultant in 2005 and works in three Teaching Hospitals in the Midlands (Good Hope, Heartlands and Walsall).

He provides consultations for all types of Adult and Childrens ENT conditions.
He is also a specialist nose and ear cosmetic surgeon and will see people for cosmetic surgery consultations without a GP referral letter. 

Mr Simmons likes to spend time with his wife and children outside of work, he also likes to cook and enjoys food and wine.
He is an enthusiastic cyclist and also enjoy swimming and walks in the countryside. When he has time he enjoys learning more about medical and military history.
In the winter you are likely to find him supporting his two young sons when they play at the local rugby club in Sutton Coldfield.
