I have been a Chartered Physiotherapist for more than 20yrs, with experience in working in a varied clinical environment. My career has spanned the NHS, Private Practice and Charitable Trusts. My particular areas of expertise include:• Acquired Brain injury in adults and paediatrics, often working with Case Managers and members of the multidisciplinary team• Spinal Cord Injury reahabiltation• Multilpe Sclerosis, I act as a specialist therapist for the Solihull branch of the MS society• Medico-legal report writing for clients with neurological dysfunction• Paediatric neurological rehabilitation• The use of Functional Electrical Stimulation in rehabilitation• Stroke rehabilitation at all stages
I enjoy mountain biking, and outdoor sports locally.I am a keen cook, and use it for relaxation.I belong to various special interest groups within neurological physiotherapy, some of which are in their infancy, and am active in contributing to the development of the group.
