Married with two children I commenced my post as Consultant Cardiologist at Birmingham Heartlands and Solihull NHS Trust in January 2001. This followed specialist training on The West Midlands Deanery Cardiology Rotation and a two year British Heart Foundation Research Fellowship at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham. I provide all aspects of general cardiology care with a special interest in Coronary Intervention and Revascularisation.

Outside medicine I pursue an active social life including participation in a number of sporting pastimes.
