Spire Parkway Hospital is proud to have been presented with the 'Health and Wellbeing Award for 2009' by the Birmingham Telegraph.

This award recognises the high level of care that Parkway Hospital provides to all its patients and in particular, the One-Stop Breast Care Clinic.  This specialist clinic provides a rapid access appointment system to patients with breast problems. Patients will be seen by a Consultant General Surgeon who specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease and is supported by a team of specialists across a range of services from diagnosis through to treatment.  Patients will also have access to highly trained specialist breast care nurses, who will help patients decide on treatment choices and provide invaluable support through all aspects of their treatment.
