Claire completed all her student training at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, alongside working at Spire Norwich Hospital from 2005 as a physiotherapy assistant within the orthopaedic team. Upon graduating from the University of East Anglia in 2007, Claire continued to work at Spire Norwich Hospital as a qualified physiotherapist in orthopaedics. In February 2010 Claire began her training to become a Pilates instructor and has since completed numerous courses in beginners and advanced Pilates training. Claire assisted in the set-up of the Pilates Clinic at Spire Norwich Hospital which she continues to run today. The Pilates training helped Claire to transfer her skills into the outpatient musculoskeletal physiotherapy department in December 2010, where she now concentrates on treating lower limb conditions and teaching Pilates in a one to one setting.
Claire was originally born in Norfolk but her parents' work led her to living in Aberdeen and California for 20 years. Claire gave into her yeaning to return to Norfolk in 2001 where she since married and now has two beautiful sons. Claire enjoys any type of fitness from running to kick boxing to Pilates.
