I have practised General Surgery for thirteen years and have been a Breast Specialist for seven.

I have been working as a Consultant in the NHS since 2006.  I have extensive experience in treating both Emergency and Elective surgical problems for e.g. Hernia repairs and Laparoscopic Cholecystectomies.  My specialty interest area is Breast diseases, more specifically Breast Cancers and I specialise in performing Oncoplastic and Breast Reconstructive procedures, combining surgical treatment of Breast Cancers with improved cosmetic outcomes.

Personal profile:

I am a keen jogger and I find it extremely rewarding to raise money for various charities through sponsored runs.  I have raised money for Breast Cancer Care, Breakthrough Breast Cancer and Macmillan Cancer Support.

I am also a keen Motorsport enthusiast.

My other hobbies include reading, music, travel and of course watching The Simpsons!
