Mr Mohammad trained in Glasgow and Newcastle. Once appointed as a consultant he practised at the Birmingham Spinal Unit before moving to Manchester.

He is a dedicated spinal surgeon, trained in deformity surgery but has a specialist interest in cervical spine surgery. He also carries out surgery for degenerative conditions of the whole spine, tumours, infection and trauma.
