Welcome to the LFC

The London Fertility Centre is one of the longest-standing independent fertility centres in the UK, and has been established in Central London for more than 20 years. It has some of the leading live birth success rates in the UK, as well as an international reputation for fertility services excellence. The LFC has pioneered the way in fertility techniques, drugs and equipment, many of which are now used in fertility centres worldwide.

Our centre is designed to offer patients comfort and discretion and is fitted with state-of-the-art equipment to enable our fertility specialists to carry out the latest treatment techniques, including PESA, TESA, IVF, ICSI, blastocyst culture and transfer, FET and vitrification.

LFC satellite clinics and Spire Fertility

The LFC became part of Spire Healthcare in March 2010. Soon after, the Spire Fertility service was set up providing IVF and other fertility services through a number of Spire hospital sites, working as satellites of the LFC. Our multidisciplinary team of fertility specialists includes doctors, embryologists, nurses, laboratory and counselling staff, each dedicated to achieving the best  possible outcomes for our patients. This involved approach to care guarantees that our staff thoroughly know and understand your medical history and clinical needs, better enabling us to tailor your fertility treatment to the best possible outcome for you.

London Fertility Centre welcomes Harley Street Fertility Centre patients

Harley Street Fertility Centre, London, (HSFC) founded in 1999, merged with its partner, London Fertility Centre (LFC) in March 2010. This merger results in continuity of care for existing patients and new patients referred to HSFC will have a larger, experienced team to provide treatments all year round.

As HSFC’s current patients are aware, HSFC London has been working with LFC since October 2008. Initially by performing all egg collection procedures at LFC and more recently, since August 2009, egg collections and embryo transfers have been performed at LFC premises using LFC laboratory facilities.

Success rates have remained high and HSFC patients have been treated well by the lab and clinical staff of LFC.

From March 2010, all consultations, scans, blood tests, etc are performed at Cozens House, 112A Harley Street. Egg collections, embryo transfers, semen tests, semen and embryo freezing take place at LFC, 53 Portland Place.

Mr Goswamy continues to provide advisory and consultancy services for HSFC patients to LFC. The Clinical Director and team of LFC see HSFC patients and advise on treatment plans, after consulting with Mr Goswamy. Treatments can be carried out at times that are convenient for couples.
