I began my career with Relate and worked for them for twelve years as a Relationship therapist and Course Trainer. I completed my M.A. in Counselling in 1995. I have a Diploma in Psychosexual Therapy and Post-Graduate Certificate in Supervision.I have many years experience or working in Private Practice and within the NHS. I worked at Aintree Park Medical Centre for six years. I also work for Employee Assistance Programmes, where companies refer employees to me. I work one day a week as a Sessional Therapist at the Priory Hospital, Altrincham. I am BACP accredited and work to their Code of Ethics and Practice. I am also a member of the British Association of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (BASRT), Associate Member of the Royal College of Medicine and I am registered with the United Kingdom Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.I specialise in Psychosexual Therapy and Relationship Therapy. I also see people who are experiencing Depression, Anxiety/Stress, Traumatic Life Events, Work Related Problems, Post Natal Depression and Coming to Terms with Illness.I take great pride in my work and wholeheartedly commit to being professional, skilled, supportive and sensitive and an active partner in your wellbeing and recovery.
