I have 28 years experience in Social Care, NHS Mental Health and Psychiatric Services as a Psychiatric Social Worker and Approved Mental Health Professional (1983 Mental Health Act Amended).

I am a qualified and experienced clinical hypnotherapy practitioner. Throughout my career ongoing professional development has enabled me to benefit from ongoing training of both a therapeutic nature and with regard to legislation. I have a range of developed and mature therapeutic skills especially in the speciality fields I note above.

I have a Degree in Applied Social Studies and am a Qualified Social Worker. I am approved to discharge statutory powers under the 1983 Mental Health Act.

I am a 'Central Council for the Education and Training in Social Work' Approved Practice Teacher having taught students at UMIST, UCLAN and Lancaster University.

Member of The Northern Association of Professional Clinical Hypnotherapy.
Registered with the General Social Care Council which is a body monitoring training levels and member’s good practice. I have an unblemished Criminal Records Bureau 'Enhanced Disclosure'(CRB).

I am passionate about health and fitness having played Rugby at a good standard and having enjoyed training all my life. I enjoy music and travel.

My decision to form a private health focussed company is the realisation of a desire I have had to deliver an ethical, compassionate, and motivational service.
