I would like to express my sincere thanks to all staff at Spire Liverpool Hospital, for my excellent treatment at your wonderful hospital, before, during, and after my recent knee operation.
From my initial appointment with Mr Santini, to my actual admission, and operation, may I say that everyone involved treated me with the utmost of care and attention, Michael the senior nurse, Mr Parakh, the operating team, recovery, all the nursing staff, the ladies that supplied my meals, the cleaning lady as well, and of course the Physiotherapy Team, Toni, Marie and Liz.
Toni is an excellent physiotherapist, can now count up to ten in Japanese, name a couple of obscure martial arts blocks, and can do a variety of kicks to enable her to gain her black belt.
Other names worthy of mention are, Sue x 2, Phyllis, Chris x 2, Amanda, Jenny x 2, Stephanie, Dr Dan, Kelly, Angela, Rowena, Lillian, Linda, Barbara, Pat. I hope I haven't missed anyone's names, I vaguely remember asking for the names of the operating team whilst recovering from my epidural, I thank all of them anyway.
I hope that you will copy this letter to the NHS CEO, so that they can be made aware of the excellent care at Spire, they probably are anyway.
Many thanks to all, most sincerely.
