How to access services
We require a signed referral usually from your GP/consultant. This can be posted or faxed to the radiology department, who will then contact you directly to arrange a mutually convenient time for you to attend.

When will I get my results?
The scans have to be reviewed by a radiologist who will interpret them and write a report to the doctor who referred you. You should arrange an appointment with the referring doctor to discuss the results. If you haven’t been told the results of your scan within 10 days, you should contact your referring doctor.

Northwest MSK Imaging are a group of three dedicated Musculoskeletal Radiologists based in the Merseyside region. We provide a comprehensive, high quality imaging service covering all aspects of musculoskeletal conditions.

All our radiologists are members of the British Society of Skeletal Radiologists and work exclusively in the field of MSK both in the NHS and the private sector. This ensures our clients receive clear, accurate reports that are based on up to date evidence helping our referring clinicians to optimise patient management.
