Mr Khaira has been a consultant surgeon since 1999 and in that time has developed a reputation for his surgical skill and excellent patient interaction.
Mr Khaira completed his medical training from Cambridge and Oxford Universities. After this he worked in the West Midlands to complete his surgical training with extensive experiance in general and vascular surgery. He has a special interest in minimally invasive surgery (varicose veins, gall bladder and hernia repair). He is happy to see patients with the following problems:
General Surgery: Gallstones, hernia, skin lesions, carpal tunnel syndrome, benign bowel conditions, piles, pilonidal sinus, lymph nodes and spleen.
Vascular Surgery: Aneurysm, arterial problems in the legs, carotid disease (mini-stroke), varicose veins (radiofrequency ablation) and thread veins
Endocrine Surgery: Thyroid, parathyroid and adrenal surgery
