    Mr Ormiston has a background in dentistry, medicine and surgery. As an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, his surgical remit includes surgery of the mouth, jaw and face. This includes dental surgery involving the teeth but also for cysts and trauma. His special interest is in surgery for facial disharmony involving correction of jaw discrepancies. A further interest of Mr Ormiston’s is in bone grafting of the mouth and jaws, particularly in reconstruction following cleft lip and palate surgery and trauma, and in pre-prosthetic and implant surgery.
    Personal profile:
    Mr Ormiston's training involved spending seven years in Hong Kong where he travelled extensively in China. He has a special interest in photography of Chinese village life and Asian water villages. In the past, Mr Ormiston has played competitive rugby but more recently has been involved in coaching. At the present time, Mr Ormiston enjoys watching rugby!
