I have been a full-time General Practitioner and partner at Syston Health Centre for the last 12 years, having qualified from the Leicester GP Training Scheme in 2001. During my training I gained experience in emergency medicine, ophthalmology, paediatrics/neonatal medicine, general medicine and obstetrics and gynaecology (at The Nobles Hospital in the Isle on Man).

I also spent three months in the Australian outback working with the Flying Doctor Service. I believe in providing a holistic approach to high-quality family medicine offering full continuity of care.

General Practitioner Principle/Partner, The Jubilee Medical Practice, Syston Health Centre.

Outside of work I am a keen spectator of most sports and watch the Leicester Tigers play as often as I can. I enjoy spending as much of my free time as possible with my wife and two daughters and trips to the theatre, cinema or rock and pop concerts are a regular weekend pastime. When time allows, I am a keen traveller and I also attend the gym regularly.

I am proud to be a member of the Teenage Cancer Trust and have spent a number of years offering counselling to young cancer sufferers, particularly those with bone cancers.
