Mr Rick Saunders is a consultant general and colorectal surgeon with a particular interest in laparoscopic surgery. He qualified from Cambridge and trained in Nottingham and Leicester, where he developed significant experience in general surgery, proctology, inflammatory bowel disease and colorectal cancer.
Mr Rick Saunders was awarded a Fellowship in Canada by the Association of Coloproctology, where he performed significant numbers of laparoscopic procedures - particularly laparoscopic colorectal procedures - which he is now performing in the UK.
