Professional profile:
I have been a consultant musculoskeletal radiologist in Leeds since 2001 and I perform a full range of diagnostic, interventional and therapeutic procedures involving ultrasound, CT and MRI.

I have performed sports imaging at the Commonwealth Games, World Indoor Athletics, British Olympic Association and Women's European Football Championships.

I am the radiological lead for the regional sarcoma service organising imaging and biopsy of all referrals.

I am the principle investigator for a number of prospective projects evaluating shoulder impingement, injection therapy and athletic pubalgia, which have received national grants (Royal College, Skeletal Societies, Football Association).

I have produced original research on diagnosis and therapeutic intervention for ankle impingement, the clinical impact of hernia imaging as well as the clinical impact of image guided hip injection.

During the past three years, I have published 14 papers in the most highly cited radiology journals.
