Mr Mishra completed his basic surgical training in East Yorkshire. He undertook higher orthopaedic surgical training at Oswestry (West Midland) and Manchester rotations. He has trained extensively in foot and ankle surgery. This includes a one year fellowship training in foot and ankle surgery at Wrightington Orthopaedic Hospital with Peter Wood. He was appointed as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals in April 2007. He has conducted research on Total ankle replcaement surgery and published the results.
