Professional profile:
I trained in general surgery in London and the Yorkshire Hospitals.

From 1999- 2000 I was International Fellow in Surgical Oncology at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Centre in New York. From 2000-2001 I trained in colon and rectal surgery at the Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland Ohio.

My interests lie in surgery for colon and rectal cancer and inflammatory bowel disease with particular reference to pelvic pouch reconstruction.
Personal profile:
As a busy surgeon with a young family I enjoy spending my limited spare time running and watching rugby of both codes (formerly a player!)
