    Mr Jagdish Gandhi is a consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist at the Hull and East Yorkshire NHS Hospitals Trust and is based at Castle Hill Hospital. His special interest is urogynaecology, which encompasses patients with utero vaginal prolapse and female urinary incontinence.

    After qualifying in 1975 Mr Gandhi had his specialist training and higher specialist training in obstetrics and gynaecology at various regions within the UK. His clinical experience includes general gynaecology and obstetrics and he is a qualified colposcopist accredited is by the British Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology.

    Mr Gandhi has special interest in the management of pelvic floor dysfunction and offers various vaginal operations. He offers full investigations including urodynamic studies for female urinary incontinence. He has extensive experience in conventional anti incontinence surgery, such as colposuspension as well as advanced procedures such as Tension free Vaginal Tape (TVT) and injectables.

    Mr Gandhi firmly believes that a full explanation of the management options should be provided to every woman. He encourages an active participation of individual woman during the decision making process.
