I started working at the Spire Hull and East Yorkshire Hospital in 2005, as an orthopaedic surgeon with a special interest in shoulder and upper limb surgery. 

I am an orthopaedic surgeon with special interest in shoulder surgery, complex arthroscopic shoulder surgery, shoulder and elbow replacement, sport-related injuries and wrist and hand surgery.

I was a licensed trainee in orthopaedics for six years with one year of research at Leicester University Hospitals. I was then accepted for a fellowship in a shoulder and upper limb centre in Perth (Western Australia) and also at the internationally renowned upper limb centre in Wrightington, UK.

I believe in and continue education and training and by doing that I have brought shoulder and upper limb surgery to the state of art position that it is now in Hull and East Yorkshire.
