    Professional profile:

    I graduated from the University of Benin Medical School, Nigeria in 1993. I had my postgraduate training in obstetrics and gynaecology both in Nigeria and the United Kingdom - the Yorkshire Deanery. I was appointed as consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist at the Hull Royal Infirmary in October 2008.

    My training in the Yorkshire region has offered a wide range of experience in the management of general gynaecology problems as well as vaginal prolapse, urinary incontinence, endometriosis, menstrual abnormaility and menopause conditions.

    Mr area of special interest is minimal access gynaecology - laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery.

    Personal profile:

    I am married and we have been blessed with two children.

    I enjoy spending quality time with my family, travelling and sporting activities.

    I am a keen golfer and a squash player. I have a lot of satisfaction in my outdoor running activity including marathon events to raise money for cancer charities.
