I offer management and advice on all sexually transmitted infections including HIV in full confidence. Self referral accepted (due to confidentiality issue family practitioners need not be involved and GP referrals not required). I have experience in management of erectile dysfunction and have a special interest in management of genital chlamydia infection in men and women. I also have experience and special interest in management of women with recurrent candidiasis and chronic vulval pain syndromes.

Lead consultant in the department of GU Medicine, I was responsible for the management of this department and hold regular meetings with the Business Manager of the Medical and Women’s' Services in order to aid the smooth running of the department. I was actively involved in developing North Bank Sexual Health service, in association with other colleagues at Royal Hull Hospitals NHS Trust as a part of the Strategic Alliance with the vision of offering a comprehensive and holistic sexual health service to the residents of East Riding. I was also instrumental in influencing the Sexual Health & HIV Implementation Strategy Action Plan in East Riding which was appreciated by East Riding Health.
I am a participating member of a multi-district audit of the management of genital Chlamydia Trachomatis in GU Medicine clinics within Yorkshire and working closely to change the clinical practices for effective management.
I developed guidelines for the management of pelvic inflammatory diseases in collaboration with the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology and these guidelines are now accepted in East Riding.
