Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 1 x French stick *
  • 4 tomatoes, diced
  • Chopped basil or corriander
  • 1 clove garlic*
  • Dash lemon juice
  • Drizzle olive oil
  • 1 x red onion

Method

  1. Slice the French stick into diamond shapes and place on a baking tray
  2. Finely chop the onion and mix together with the crushed garlic and diced tomatoes
  3. Marinate with oil, lemon juice and chopped herbs
  4. Warm French sticks in grill
  5. Sit tomato mix on top and serve

Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of potatoes *
  • Cajun spice mix
  • Olive oil *

 Method

  1. Peel potatoes thickly so leaving 2-3 milimetres of potato on to the skin
  2. Bake in olive oil in a hot oven - 200 degrees or gas mark 6, alternatively you cna deep fry
  3. When cook remove from oven and shake spice on and serve

Honey glazed sausages on sticks

Ingredients

  • 1 Pack thin sausages
  • Honey
  • Cocktail sticks

Method

  1. Place one cocktail stick into each sausage
  2. Put sausages on baking tray
  3. Drizzle with honey and bake in oven on Gas mark 6 or 200 degress for 25 minutes, turning halfway through
