Bruschetta

Ingredients
- 1 x French stick *
- 4 tomatoes, diced
- Chopped basil or corriander
- 1 clove garlic*
- Dash lemon juice
- Drizzle olive oil
- 1 x red onion
Method
- Slice the French stick into diamond shapes and place on a baking tray
- Finely chop the onion and mix together with the crushed garlic and diced tomatoes
- Marinate with oil, lemon juice and chopped herbs
- Warm French sticks in grill
- Sit tomato mix on top and serve
