Alan Oliver from Hornchurch in Essex visited Spire Hartswood Hospital for hip replacement surgery in May 2011. After his visit Alan wrote a letter to Hospital Director, Mark Gilmour, praising the hospital and its staff:

Special thanks must go to Karen Tinkler, Fiona Priscott and Jis Poulose who showed exceptional patience and understanding along with a friendly, eager to please attitude.
