Helen qualified from Salford University in 2003. She currently works as the lead women's health physiotherapist at Basildon Hospital for South West Essex Community Services, where she has developed the women's health service over the last five years.
Helen specialises in the treatment of urinary and faecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and sexual dysfunction caused by weakness and/or dysfunction of the pelvic floor muscle. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Women's Health and is responsible for the treatment of all women’s health patients at Spire Hartswood Hospital.
