Specialises in

I am a consultant in pain management at Spire Hartswood Hospital, Brentwood, Spire Wellesley Hospital, Southend-on-Sea and Spire London East Hospital, Redbridge, offering pain treatment in our clean and comfortable private hospitals.

I qualified in 1983. In my private practice, I have the benefit of modern MRI and CT scanning facilities and specialist physiotherapy services, including hydrotherapy.

For carefully selected patients in whom conservative treatments have failed, I offer some of the latest interventional procedures to manage spinal pain. These day case treatments are performed under X-ray control and include facet joint injections, sacroiliac joint cool radiofrequency denervation, nerve root blocks, radiofrequency lesioning of intervertebral disc, epidural injections and disc biacuplasty.

I organise and run courses in pain management, including an annual hands-on cadaver workshop in London, with a faculty of pain management colleagues from the UK, Europe and USA.
