My practice aims to provide a first class service and to treat the patient holistically and individually.I am supported in this by my secretary Kathy Saunders and my practice manager Jo Morrison who are always ready to help patients with their queries.

I trained at St Thomas' London and my postgraduate training has included Accident and Emergency, neuro-surgery, medical training resulting in the award MRCP and ophthalmology training resulting in the awards FRCS and FCOphth. I have also spent a period in Philadelphia, USA working as a neuro-ophthalmology fellow and researcher.

I am an experienced surgeon and specialise in cataract surgery, squint surgery and glaucoma surgery. I also inject Avastin for macular degeneration. We run a specialised clinic within the East and North Herts NHS Trust Hospitals for paediatric and squint patients with Tracy Crowley who is an experienced Prthoptist.
Personal profile:
I am married to a psychosexual therapist and I have four grown up children who have taken up a lot of my time, energy and money! I enjoy all water sports, walking my dogs and attempting to play golf.
