Background Information 
Professional profile:
I was appointed as Consultant Gynaecologist and Obstetrician at the Lister Hospital in Stevenage in 2000. Prior to my arrival, I was a Senior Registrar at the Hammersmith Hospital in London working for Lord Winston and Professor Michael de Sweit.

In addition to general obstetrics and gynaecology, I have a special interest in infertility, having developed my expertise in the field in a premier tertiary referral centre at the Hammersmith. I have been trained in fertility related laparoscopic/hysteroscopic surgery in addition to tubal microsurgery and myomectomies. I also offer patients preconceptional advice and assist women with recurrent early pregnancy loss.

My obstetric interest lies in medical complications in pregnancy, particularly diabetes, renal and auto-immune disorders. I run a joint obstetric/diabetic clinic at The Lister Hospital in Stevenage as part of my NHS practice.

At Spire Harpenden Hospital I provide a full general gynaecology service, together with a more specialised service for couples suffering from infertility. This includes full investigation of infertility, together with an IUI service. Couples ultimately needing IVF are referred on to a specialist centre.
Personal profile:
I am married with two young children. I enjoy modern art, ceramics, and tennis. In addition, I find great delight in exploring and drinking fine wines.
