Mr Pandit is an upper limb reconstructive surgeon specialisining in surgery of the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand conditions (arthritis, inflammation, sports injuries, and fractures). He undertakes arthroscopic operations on a number of conditions.
Mr Pandit graduated from the Seth G.S. Medical College & KEM Hospital in Bombay where he undertook postgraduate studies in orthopaedic and trauma surgery. He completed a clinical fellowship in hip and knee joint replacement at the St Joseph's Hospital, University of Western Ontario, London, Canada. Subsequently he completed higher surgical training in orthopaedics on the North West Thames Surgical Rotation, based at Hammersmith and Charing Cross Hospitals.
Mr Pandit trained as a clinical fellow in hand and wrist surgery at Broomfield Hospital and Addenbrooke's Hospital in 1999. He graduated with FRCS (Orth) which was bestowed by the Intercollegiate Board in Orthiopaedic Surgery.
He was appointed as an Orthopaedic Consultant at The Luton and Dunstable Hospital in 2000 and at present is the Clinical Director of Orthopaedics.
