Professional profile:
At Spire Harpenden Hospital I offer a full diagnostic and therapeutic service on the field of general rheumatology. In addition, my areas of specialist clinical interest include soft tissue injections, inflammatory arthritis and connective tissue diseases, fibromyalgia and all aspects of paediatric and adolescent rheumatology.

I qualified from St Mary's Hospital Paddington, where I also worked as an SHO. My rheumatology training began at Northwick Park Hospital and continued at UCL/The Middlesex. Here I completed a PhD in paediatric rheumatology, funded on an Arthritis Research Council Clinical Research Fellowship. I then went onto the Royal London Hospital and finally Whipps Cross Hospital where I finsihed my rheumatology and general medical training. Prior to taking up my permanent post, I worked for one year as a Locum consultant at Chase Farm Hospital, Enfield and Kings College Hospital, Dulwich.
Personal profile:
I am married with two young children. Outside medicine, I divide my time between my family and my interests, which include music, SCUBA diving and the theatre.
