I'm a Registered Osteopath working in Edinburgh with a passion for helping people recover from pain, discomfort or injury quickly and naturally. It's my aim to give you and your family the very best clinical care delivered in a gentle, safe and effective way.

One of only a few osteopaths in Scotland with a specialist training in treating babies and children, I also have a lot of experience working with elite athletes and performing artists.
Club Osteopath for Hearts FC from 05-07 and the Edinburgh International Festival from 2004.

I studied at the British School of Osteopathy graduating with honours. I then worked in London in the NHS and in private practice, whilst completing a two year diploma in Paediatric Osteopathy at the Osteopathic Centre for Children.

I moved to Edinburgh in 2003 and set up a practice in Wester Coates shortly after that. Since then I have built up a family based practice and sports injury clinic, treating adults, babies and children. I have written several articles for Families Magazine (www.familiesedinburgh.co.uk) to help parents understand more about Cranial and Paediatric Osteopathy.

I also provide an osteopathic service to members at David Lloyd Leisure on Tuesday evenings.

Previously a civil engineer and insurance risk manager, I started my professional training as an osteopath in 1997 aged 35 after receiving treatment for constant back pain.

I share a busy home with my wife and three young children. I love golf, tennis and skiing with the family, music, dance and even the odd rock concert.
