Having graduated from Nottingham University Medical School, the majority of Mr Perry's post-graduate training has been within the West Midlands.
Laparoscopic (minimal access/keyhole) surgery has been proven to result in less pain, quicker recovery and smaller scars. Mr Perry has developed specialist skills in advanced laparoscopic surgery which he employs to treat a wide variety of general surgery conditions. These include disease of the upper and lower gastrointestinal tract as well as most herniae (including incisional).
Having been mentored in one of the busiest laparoscopic bariatric units in the country he has a special interest in the surgical treatment of morbid obesity.
As a hands-on father of two young children I am no longer permitted to spend time overcoming the frustrations of golf, although I do enjoy cycling and swimming.
