Professional profile:
I am a specialist colorectal surgeon. As such I cover the full range of colon and rectal surgery, including colonoscopy and colon cancer treatment plus screening.This obviously includes the treatment of anal and rectal disease, such as haemorrhoids, fissures and fistulae.

The majority of my general surgery practice is in the mesh repair of hernias.

I am the lead clinician for colorectal cancer at Addenbrooke's NHS Trust and the West Anglia Cancer Network. I am also the Clinical Director of Surgery at Addenbrooke's.
