Professional profile:
I qualified from Leeds University Medical Society in 1990 and spent the majority of my postgraduate training in Manchester and Cambridge. A year of research into disorders of the facial nerve was rewarded with a doctoral thesis. I am a consultant otolaryngologist at Addenbrooke's, Cambridge. I have a busy general and paediatric ENT practice and have developed a particular interest in otology and paediatric otolaryngology.
