    I provide a 'one-stop' vascular clinic at Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital where consultant-performed Colour Duplex ultrasound scans are available during the clinic for the rapid assessment of vascular conditions. I am happy to receive referrals for all vascular conditions and simple general surgical conditions such as abdominal and inguinal hernias, lumps and bumps etc. BUT NOT anorectal, colorectal, gastrointestinal or hepatobiliary disorders. Vascular conditions include primary and recurrent varicose veins - complicated and cosmetic; thread veins and spider veins suitable for injection microsclerotherapy, venous and arterial ulceration; ischaemic intermittent claudication, rest pain and gangrene; lower limb swelling and lymphoedema; upper limb thoracic outlet syndrome, Raynaud's and hyperhidrosis; TIAs, amaurosis fugax and other symptoms attributable to carotid artery disease, vertebrobasilar ischaemia, carotid body tumours or carotid aneurysms; abdominal aortic, iliac and peripheral artery aneurysms; mesenteric ischaemia; renal artery stenosis; aorto-iliac stenosis/occlusive arterial disease, arteriovenous malformations and conditions suitable for sympathectomy including thoracoscopic sympathectomy.
