Background Information 
Professional profile:
I was a consultant radiologist at Hammersmith Hospital, London for six years before moving to Addenbrooke's Hospital in June 1999. I have expanded the interventional radiology and vascular ultrasound service at Addenbrooke's with regional referrals.

At the Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital, I have established arterial and venous ultrasound to include the assessment of complex and recurrent varicose veins. I have introduced a 'one stop' vascular clinic with one of the vascular surgeons, which includes clinical review, immediate ultrasound if appropriate, and further review to formulate a management plan.
Personal profile:
I am married to an academic consultant cardiologist, who also works at Addenbrooke's Hospital. I have two daughters aged five and seven (and a full-time nanny)!

We are all keen gardeners and my other interests include opera, ballet and wine.
