I have a PhD degree in Shoulder Imaging and many publications related to Musculoskeletal Imaging. I have written Chapters in Musculoskeletal Books and I review papers for several Radiological journals. I am also a reviewer for submissions for the European Congress of Radiology.

I am the lead of Musculoskeletal Imaging in Hinchingbrooke Hospital, reporting CT and MRI examinations and performing ultrasound scans. I also perform fluoroscopic guided arthrograms of all joints and CT guided infiltrations under CT guidance for the management of low back pain. These infiltrations include facet joint injections and nerve root blocks.

 

I was appointed at Hinchingbrooke Hospital in 2008. Prior to that I was working as a Consultant Radiologist in a University Teaching Hospital in Thessaloniki, Greece, where I was the Lead for Musculoskeletal Imaging. I have given many lectures in European and International Congresses and I have been actively involved in the teaching of Specialist Registrars. I have been Chair in several Musculoskeletal Congresses and a Moderator in the European Congress of Radiology. I enjoy writing very much and I had my own column in a daily Greek newspaper where I was writing about health issues. I have been writing about health in Magazines as well and I was the Chief Editor of the Newspaper of the University where I studied Medicine.
